Built, not assembled.

No templates, no page builders. This site is hand-written TypeScript on Next.js 16 and React 19: every page prerendered, animations driven by scroll with CSS variables, images served as AVIF and WebP.

Three rules

I care about clarity, focus and execution more than ideas. So I build in public, iterate fast, and document what works, and what doesn't.

  1. Clarity.Know what the thing is for before building it.
  2. Focus.Fewer features, finished properly.
  3. Execution.Ship, measure, iterate. Ideas are cheap.
